I fell into the photography business after taking up photography as a hobby when Pete and I moved to the Bay Area in 2014. Pete was working insane hours in consulting and I needed an outlet for my free time without him. I started photographing friends and before I knew it, I had a business on my hands! I work as a pediatric nurse and am a mom of two adorable boys so my photography is now limited to lifestyle sessions on the weekends.

Other MC FACTS
I married my high school sweetheart! Pete and I met in middle school and started dating in 7th grade! We went to separate colleges (he’s a Michigan wolverine and I’m a Florida Gator) but we dated throughout college and got married right after we graduated! We moved out to California for his job. He works in Biotech and I work as a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics (along with photography). While we initially weren’t too sure about this California thing, we are now “locals” and cannot imagine life elsewhere. We have found an amazing community of friends (who have turned into family) and absolutely love all of the culture, food and nature that the Bay area has to offer. We are expecting our first little kiddo in September and cannot wait for this new chapter of life!
MY STYLE
As long as I can remember, I’ve had a desire to express myself through creativity and art. While working as a registered nurse is one of my absolute favorite things in the world, I LOVE photography because it allows me to tap into my creative side and create art for you! My photos will be documentary style, rich in colors and tones and inspired by all of the details of your family.
